Grate Garlic Plates are, well... Great! The benefit of using ceramic graters, (rather than metal) is you will not risk cutting your fingers when grating small herbs/roots. Recommended grating items include: ginger, wasabi, garlic and nutmeg.
Here is a suggested recipe: Rub a clove of garlic over the textured area to grate. Add your favorite herbs, parmesan cheese and olive oil, then enjoy with bread!
